Been a While

It has been a while since my last blog. I have been having a bit of a life reset. No longer in the Canoe industry and moving over to Land Rover instructing full time in the next month. 

In the meantime I have even out on my mountain bike. 

Paddle and Bike

Last Sunday I sneaked out for a multi activity morning.

A paddle and bike is what you need to revitilise your week.

5km kayak around the north end of Loch Faskally.

Followed by 11km cycle around it. 

Dirty Demo

Been out playing on Motorbikes.

I went to Motorrad Central's dirty demo event where I had the chance to ride a 1200GS

off road.

And of course playing about on the river Tay.

Kayak Racing

I've been back in the racing mode for kayaking lately.

Glasgow Edinburgh Challenge along the canal.

Then down the River Dee in Aberdeenshire in a K2. 

I'm enjoying this new paddling. The training has been good too.
